A surgeon Doctor Zochampuia from Kolasib district hospital, Kolasib, Mizoram pulled his patient after a successful surgery from the Surgical room to the Hospital ward/cabin as there was not enough attendees from patient to pull on the uphill while the Doctor is still carrying his patient's file.

Seeing the photograph in action really revive my faith in humanity.
